What are the best vitamins for improving skin, hair, & boosting immunity?

i’m backpacking across Europe this summer and i’m looking to purchase vitamins that will improve and protect my skin and hair, as well as boost my immunity while traveling. i used to use Olay vitamins plus separate supplements, like Biotin, but i am looking for something more with a larger range of health benefits. i also ideally would like them in little plastic packages for my travel convenience.

please help! i’m open to all suggestions.

   For your hair and skin sounds gross but you cant taste it in capsule form also take ecinecha for your hair and skin sounds gross but you cant taste it in capsule form also.
