Suggest good vitamin supplement for eyes?

I am a 25 year old female. I do not have any eye problems. But I still need some advice on which multivitamin supplement medicine to get to ensure eye health since my work involves extensive use of computers all day long. Something I can take on regular bases and coud get without prescription from a regular drug store.
Please do not suggest green leafy vegetables, carrot juice tc etc. I already know that. I am specifically asking for vitamin tablets.

What are good natural testosterone supplements/stimulants?

Can calcium supplements be taken in conjunction with others?

I heard once that calcium will block the absorption of other key nutrients if they are taken after te same meal. Is this true? I usually like to split my supplements (like multi) up and take them throughout the day. A full calcium citrate supplement is taken in three pills, so I’m trying to figure out how to get an adequate amount of calcium every day.

I am currently giving:

•Brewers Yeast/Garlic/Cinnamon pills. (Flea control)
•Cod Liver Oil Gel Caps- Vitamin A&D (Eye health, immune health, bone health)
•Folic Acid pills (Heart health, blood cell health)
•Chromium pills (Metabolism support)

Those are the dietary supplements I’m currently giving my dog. The brand of the Brewers Yeast/Garlic/Cinnamon pills is NaturVet, the Folic Acid and the Cod Liver Oil is from Spring Valley, and the Chromium is from Finest Natural. I’m feeding my dog a raw diet and these supplements help keep my dog in good health.

What’s the NuVet for? What does it do? Benefits?
Tiger is a 45lb dog. I am currently giving him 2 Cod Liver Oil gel caps per day. Does it sound like too much?
I might reduce it to one per day…I don’t know how many MG or whatever the pills are though- it doesn’t say on the bottle.
Maxi- Garlic/Brewers yeast pills work for worm prevention too???
